KH-0 Series: Small Melt Finger
TPEE is a block copolymer composed of polyester hard segments and polyether soft segments. The amorphous regions formed by the polyether soft segments and the non-crystalline polyester, together with the partially crystalline polyester hard segments, act as physical crosslinking points. TPEE combines the elasticity of rubber with the strength of engineering plastics: its soft segments impart elasticity, giving it rubber-like properties, while its hard segments provide processability, endowing it with plastic-like characteristics. Compared to conventional rubbers, TPEE offers superior processability and a longer service life; compared to engineering plastics, it maintains high strength while exhibiting improved flexibility and enhanced dynamic mechanical performance.

Product Overview
TPEE is a block copolymer composed of polyester hard segments and polyether soft segments. The polyether soft segments and the non-crystalline polyester form an amorphous phase, while the polyester hard segments undergo partial crystallization to create crystalline microdomains that serve as physical crosslinking points. TPEE combines the elasticity of rubber with the strength of engineering plastics: its soft segments impart elasticity, giving it rubber-like properties, while its hard segments provide processability, endowing it with plastic-like characteristics. Compared with conventional rubbers, TPEE offers superior processability and a longer service life; compared with engineering plastics, it maintains high strength while exhibiting improved flexibility and enhanced dynamic mechanical performance.
TPEE is a highly polar polymer material with an water absorption rate of approximately 0.6%. Prior to processing, it is recommended to dry the material: use forced-air drying at 95°C for 2.5 hours.

Special properties of TPEE/TPEE 具有的特性
1. High impact strength, excellent high- and low-temperature performance, creep resistance, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance.
2. High flexibility, high tensile strength, and excellent abrasion resistance (with wear resistance comparable to TPU).
3. Excellent rebound performance, strong recovery elasticity, and a high modulus of elasticity (compared to TPU, especially above 50D, its performance is even superior).
4. Excellent oil- and water-resistance, good resistance to chemical solvents, acid- and alkali-resistant, and resistant to thermal and UV aging (more hydrolysis- and chemical-solvent‑resistant than TPU).
5. Naturally white, easy to color, and exhibits excellent dyeability; it crystallizes rapidly (easier to demold and form than TPU), is simple to process and mold, and offers good dimensional stability.
6. A wide range of models is available to meet diverse production and processing requirements, and the material can be recycled and reused multiple times with minimal performance degradation, while being environmentally friendly.
